Soul Wound appears as repetitive patterns, self doubt, playing small, minimizing, spiritual crisis, lost feelings, relationships, hiding true self, managing, surviving, generational , historical , fitting in rather than belonging, suppressing intuitive knowing, and expression, people please, vacillate between over responsible and escaping, seeking comfort outside of self , taking blame, muscle through, physical issues, vacillate between desire to be seen and wish to be invisible, suppressing or filtering emotions, judging self based on others or societies ideas.
Soul Healing will be guided from your need and want at this moment of your journey. We will co-create your healing path for our time together. That means we will notice, attend and nurture that which will set you free from survival to aliveness. Although, all that arises comes from you I am here to hold safe and sacred space to guide you through attunement drawing from spiritual, creativity and multi-dimensional realms. Although, you are instrumental in your healing I provide the skills, knowing, knowledge, portals, insight, experience , attunement, clarification in order for you to be able to feel supported as you journey through this part of healing.
I believe if you have found your way to my offerings there is a connection worth perusing. I have been in a similar position of hesitancy yet prompted by synchronicity and Divine to inquire. So, I offer a clarity consult to explore and receive information needed without feeling pressured to enter services. As, a Highly Sensitive Person myself I understand needing time to discern and choose services for your journey yet, as a HSP we can tend to overthink so , experiencing provides support in choosing.
Sessions are co-created as plan of care so number of sessions, fees, modalities and content are based on your needs , wants and recommendations from me that support your well being for body, mind and soul. Parent/primary family support for children, youth , teens and aging parents,reativity 4 Healing as an intentional healing practice that provides a framework to explore, connect, uncover, and create a connection to inner knowing. The process of Creativity encompasses both wounding and healing as we cannot have one without the other. Just as we have shadow and light, lost and found, death and rebirth, reflection and action.
The model of creativity of healing was channeled to me so over time, I have provided one on one and groups and workshops. Creativity 4 healing utilizes intuitive collage, meditation and grounding, journaling and photographs. Creative Arts for Change provides a framework to explore, connect, uncover and create connection to inner knowing. Spiritual support through listening to Divine Source through Creativity. The power to change. Power as defined of strength and capabilities to act effectively and make things happen. Creativity illuminates that which needs to come forth by- passing thinking filters. Creativity allows your busy mind to take a break so creative mind emerges. Spiritual solutions are often found within the creative space. Creative tools that let our inner world express itself through images, symbols and photos to provide our growing edge. Creativity for Change taps into our being rather than doing place.
