My own wounding and healing journey has guided me towards the paths to accompany individuals , families, groups and community towards their paths of healing.  As, I have walked and continue to walk the  path towards whole(y) self -I understand what it feels to be seen, heard and supported wherever, the path takes you. I am able to hold safe, liberating space for all my offerings as I draw from my background as a Mental Health Therapist in creating safe and sacred spaces along with ethical and confidential boundaries so you may relax into the support . The name of my practice is Journey 4 Moment as I meet you whare you are at your juncture of the journey . I accompany for as little or as long as needed to notice, attend and nuture that which you wish to bring forward. This is a journey of discovery , reclaiming, releasing and receiving until thier feels a shift, transformation and strategies to move you forward on the path.

I understand the journey can at times  be difficult , despair, challenging , foggy , worrisome, lonely, inner knowing blocked , distracted , exciting , overwhelming confusing, downloads overload,  fitting in vrs belonging, Highly Sensitive, so I draw from my eclectic background of  creativity, education, skills, experience,  knowledge, mentors , teachers, research and intuition to guide our time together as spiritual practitioner, psychotherapist and creativity practitioner. *Art work and photographs by Charleen
